I live in Sussex and went to see Cliff with some serious sciatica, traditional pain from the back down one leg. I’m only 42 and my mobility had been seriously impaired for weeks, physio had not helped. Cliff really took the time to understand my problem and provided some great knowledge about what was going on and why. I’m a big guy 110kg, 6’5” and was sceptical about how effective manual manipulation would be, this was quickly allayed as Cliff easily manipulated my back providing some initial pain reduction within minutes. He complimented this with some acupuncture, which to my surprise was completely painless. I followed his advice around stretching and exercise and after just a couple more sessions I’m landscaping my back garden without issue. His studio is very quiet, relaxing and private. I’m so grateful for his intervention and would not hesitate to see him again. I really like the fact that Cliff just wants to fix the problem without feeling like you’re trying to be persuaded to come back more than necessary.

I went to Cliff with a very painful arm and shoulder and could barely move my arm. After the first treatment it was worse, but I understand this is usually the case. After a second treatment it was very much improved later in the day and within two days the pain had virtually gone and I had full movement back. Where to start to explain how excellent Cliff is..... I had been slowly suffering from bad back and shoulder which thinking back has been years! It got to the point I could no longer stand the pain, everything I did was painful, standing, sitting, sleeping. My first treatment with Cliff was just brilliant, what a lovely caring man, Its not often you get faced with such lovely people in this world but he is certainly one. Cliff took the time to listen to my needs and began working his magic to help me get back on track. Cliff makes you feel so very comfortable and I felt like I had known him for years in just a few minutes. He gave my body a good crack and got me realigned and back into the right places, highlighted some stiff areas that needed some work and gave me insight to his endless book of knowledge with exercises to complete, vitamins to take, how best to care for my issues moving forward. All in a hours slot! I left feeling the best I had for years and this has only got better since. I cannot thank Cliff enough for his healing hands to get me back on the right path where I can now enjoy a pain free life again and in only 2 sessions!
